New Song Tells Coyote's Story of Life in Las Vegas
Before moving in with his fellow mason, Coyote did several days of labor laying concrete over some sand pits in the back yard. Then he spent several days clearing out the guest house and cleaning it for his arrival. No one had been into this guest house in four years, so it was full of spider webs and dust.
His fellow mason was honoring the highest level of citizenship, charity. He heard that Coyote was desperate for a place to live and said that Coyote could stay there for free "until he could support himself."
"Really?" Coyote (Richard Del Connor in the mason lodge) asked.
"Yeah. I've helped out some other people who needed a place to stay. There's some stuff you can do. And I can't drive myself anymore."
"No problem. I'd be glad to help you out," said our eager Coyote.
Coyote's 1996 forest green Toyota Tacoma pickup came in handy as Coyote picked up the bags of concrete from the Home Depot. Coyote figured that his donation of gasoline was also a way to show his appreciation for the roof over his still shaven head.
But once again, Coyote was taken advantage of. Of course, that is the nature of all business: one person profits from the efforts of another person. But now that the concrete was laid, and the guest house was cleaned up and livable again, "charity" became less important than greed.
Thus the song "Use Me" was inspired.

Coyote found the process of submitting books to be daunting but doable after studying the Smashwords Style Guide a couple times. In appreciation, Coyote decided to make it easier for others using OpenOffice.org application by explaining some of the techniques used that worked well for Richard Del Connor of Shaolin Communications. "We published nineteen books at smashwords.com so our system certainly works," explained Richard.
If you want to publish at smashwords.com you should see my style guide at ShaolinCommunications.com

-- BUDDHISM NEWS: The Path of
Buddha --
New Book: Tao of Taoism Written in Last Days with Vegas Lohans
"Being in Vegas was a great opportunity to learn some more Daoist Kung Fu," says our wide-eyed cowboy.
"She wants to check you out," said Rev. Baugh in a soft voice.
Coyote wasn't sure what he meant as he looked across the room at the lovely woman with long black hair.
"She wants to see if you're the real thing."
Now Coyote was a little more confused and his look towards Steve must have communicated this. "She wants to check out your Daoist powers."
Alright, it was professional. But what was Steve referring to? After spending a couple months with him, the Chan Priest had confided of his excommunication experiences and communications with the afterlife. So Coyote was hoping he wasn't going to have to raise someone from the dead to prove himself.
That night Steve yelled up the stairs to Coyote's bedroom, "She's booked a private lesson with you tomorrow at nine a.m."
The next day Coyote, Buddha Zhen now, gave the middle eastern looking woman a private lesson. "It was very awkward at first," stated Buddha Zhen. "She wanted me to perform some miracles for her. She stood there with her arms crossed and said she wanted to see my Daoism."
Coyote laughs. "I explained to her that my Daoism was a 'Doism.' It requires each student to do something."
"With a lot of urging and some motioning of my hands I was able to get the rich lady to cooperate with me and start following my instructions. As I taught her an hour long Tai Chi private lesson I came to understand who she was and how she operated. There were some major problems," continued Buddha Zhen. "I help and improve people's lives by fixing them. Like tuning up a car, if a spark plug is bad you fix it. If the air cleaner is dirty you replace it. Same with people. I see what's wrong with them and why they don't operate properly. She noticed I understood her blockages and realized that in order to defend her mistakes, she should keep me out of her life." Buddha Zhen smiled. "That makes my life easier too."
As Buddha Zhen was reanalyzing his Kung Fu, his Buddhism, and his Daoism in Las Vegas, he realized what he possessed and was not fully appreciating. Thus instantly emerged the Tao of Taoism - Using the Dao Teh Ching to Improve Your Life (based upon the teachings of Lao Tzu).

- - RICHARD DEL CONNOR NEWS: Masonic
Kung Fu and Freemasonry - -
More Ancient Masonry Degrees and Rituals
"I am the luckiest man in the world," announces Coyote.
Despite his very difficult life, huge obstacles and major disappointments... our Kung Fu Cowboy is a very, very fortunate guy.
Coyote has been referred to as "lucky" for discovering the true meanings of the "Masonic Kung Fu" that so many people in the world know, but don't really know. But Coyote's life isn't really luck, it's just the results of hard work and being on the right path in life.
Coyote decided to add Freemasonry to his path in life in 2007. He'd been thinking about it for several years, but saw that he didn't have the time to devote to Masonry while being a Mr. Mom and teaching Kung Fu for his nonprofit organization, Tai Chi Youth. Running the Tai Chi Youth operation mostly by himself meant that he needed to spend extra time to get the work done for TCY.
But check out the odds of Coyote "winning" this opportunity to decode "Masonic Kung Fu."
With the decline in Masonry enrollment over the past 40 years, there is not much likelihood of many Freemasons joining who know the "Lian Bu" or "Ling Po" Kung Fu Form that we refer to as "Masonic Kung Fu." Coyote did meet one freemason, who had learned "Ling Po" from the same master at Tai Mantis Federation, Dr. Kam Yuen. But this version was reduced in movements by Dr. Yuen, so it's masonic movements were also diminished making it less likely that anyone would decoded it. This mason agreed that Coyote was correct, and that this "Ling Po" form they both had learned was definitely a way to teach and learn Masonry while concealing the Freemason dugard and sign movements as Kung Fu movements.
Coyote was "lucky" to relearn the Kung Fu form from Grandmaster Wong Jack Man in San Francisco. This Jing Mo version was closer to its original version movements and accordingly Coyote was able to see the connections and symbolisms.
A Past Master, Worshipful Jeff Yeats, of the Burbank 406 lodge has promised to help Buddha Zhen tour different lodges and perform this "Masonic Kung Fu."
