Push Hands Tournament = Fun Fighting

Every July is PUSH HANDS MONTH for Shaolin Chi Mantis and Tai Chi Youth.

Only one more Push Hands SEMINAR is scheduled, Saturday, July 21, before the following weeks’ Push Hands TOURNAMENT. The SCM & TCY Summer Push Hands Tournament is open to all martial arts styles including Karate. However, those competitors who have not attended any of our seminars will not be allowed to compete unless they are experienced in Push Hands.

“Push Hands is a game of Tai Chi skill,” explains Master Zhen. “If you don’t know how and don’t know the rules -- you don’t want to compete in a Push Hands Tournament and get embarrassed. Email me if you can’t attend the seminar but know you are qualified to compete.”

To encourage more people to join this event and compete, Shaolin Chi Mantis is offerering a special reduced price this year: all 3 Push Hands Seminars for only $50. This also includes FREE REGISTRATION in the SCM & TCY Summer Push Hands Tournament.

Just ending a band rehearsal, Tom Calder and Steve Hixon argue in the background.

"Betty" (Steve Hixon's unfavorite nickname) also plays a surf music riff on his new Pacific Drums.
