Tujunga, California – November 10, 2006 – American Zen, America's first Buddhist rock band, released their first album in 2005, Level 1 = Peace Of Mind.

Putting Coyote Radio Tujunga back on our record company project shelf, we've pulled down the LEVEL 2 = CHRIST KILLER masters and begun work to finish this album.

Two famous record producers offered to help me mix the Coyote Radio Tujunga album, but that didn't work out. I also offered them both the opportunity to complete the recording of LEVEL 2 = Christ Killer.

Perhaps it will work out better this way. I'll have to come back to the Coyote Radio Tujunga album later, and mix it. For now, I will complete this album, LEVEL 2 = CHRIST KILLER.

Christ Killer was recorded in Utah on our 4-track Tascam 424 cassette tape recorder. I've dumped it into our ProTools studio system and added a couple dozen more tracks or instruments to each song. I'm excited. This album has become more than I imagined it to be. Like a buttefly exiting the cacoon, I'm anxious to see this album fly. No, not the cd...
