12 Tuntui of Shaolin Kung Fu

I'm still without a computer, so I've been hanging out at ATM Studios.

I've started a class on Monday nights, "Tantui Class," is what they call it. The recording engineers, an arranger, and some hip hop artists have been attending these Monday night Kung Fu classes in the parking lot of ATM Studios.

The owner Vic Flores, then allows me to use the upstairs studio while he works downstairs in the Main Studio, which used to belong to Chaka Khan and Barry. The Main studio is cool, but this upstairs studio was never finished. That's okay as long as everything works. Recording engineer Mark Jenkins has also been helping me out recording some overdubs on the COYOTE RADIO TUJUNGA album.

Somehow, it's awkward. I'm used to being the star and owning the studio when I'm working there.

I'm so desperate to get any studio time, which I have no money for, that this is the best I can do. We haven't made much progress yet, but we're starting a new direction for the COYOTE RADIO TUJUNGA album with these overdubs. I was going to just make it a LIVE album.
