Tujunga, California – September 8, 2007 – American Zen, America's first Buddhist rock band, released in June 2007, their second album, LEVEL 2 = Christ Killer.

The Hippy Coyote, of American Zen, continues at actZEN.com where he talks about his teenage years: smoking in the high school bathroom, his Firebird convertible in Newfoundland high school, Prince of Wales Collegiate, rebelling against school tests, and wanting a mentor or producer to guide him.

Just ending a band rehearsal, Tom Calder and Steve Hixon argue in the background.

"Betty" also plays a surf music riff on his new Pacific Drums.
