BUDDHA KUNG FU launches the KUNG FU KIDS classes at 2 Strike Park in LaCanada, California. Kids are 6 to 16. Adults are 16 and over. Buddha Kung Fu uses other age breakdowns for tournaments and other Kung Fu programs taught at Crescenta Valley Park, LaCrescenta.

Buddha Zhen Mounts His Square Horse

The Kung Fu Kids class is followed by the adult TAI CHI BEGINNER class, also taught by Buddha Zhen. Teaching the Yang Style Tai Chi Short Form of Shaolin Chi Mantis, the Buddha Tai Chi program teaches Kung Fu punching and kicking, a standing Yoga stretch created by Buddha Zhen for teaching 8 years outdoors in Liberty Park, Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Buddha Tai Chi programs prove that Tai Chi is not a "defensive" martial art as students learn to punch, kick, maim, and redirect their opponents into painful situations.

Buddha Zhen continues to unravel the secrets embedded in his Chinese Masonic Kung Fu Form. He claims that the entire second section of the Form is the story of the Grand Master Hiram Abif, who was killed inside King Solomon's Temple, when it was nearing it's completion.
