  2008 is the launch of BUDDHA KUNG FU schools in Los Angeles, California, by Buddha Zhen.

Tujunga, California – February 3, 2008 - Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual by Buddha Zhen is the foundation of the Buddha Kung Fu school curriculums.

Most of the advanced students of Shaolin Chi Mantis and Tai Chi Youth have been meeting on Monday nights at Buddha Zhen's house, "House of Zhen," where they have been editing the book, Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual.

This is the first interactive student manual of this type. The book has active links, when viewed on a computer connected to the internet. These links to hundreds of Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Zen Buddhism webpages published by Shaolin Communications.

The Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual contains all the information about the belt rank advancements and requirements of all Buddha Kung Fu belt rank levels. Although we are a Chinese Kung Fu system that uses sashes, not the "belts" of Karate, we still refer to our levels of advancement as "belt ranks," rather than, "sash ranks."
