Buddha Kung Fu does not include the Praying Mantis Kung Fu of Shaolin Chi Mantis.

Buddha Kung Fu is a reduced version of Shaolin Chi Mantis--without any Praying Mantis Kung Fu.

The Dharma Trails?

Probably not.

Although Praying Mantis Kung Fu was invented by a Monk of the Shondang Shaolin Temple, it is not spiritual at all.

All Classes
Be prepared to test on your requirements.
Wear your sash when testing.
Classes are scheduled when Belt Test Requirements are completed and Shifu keeps your Belt Test Approval Sheet.
Belt Tests cannot be scheduled until the Belt Test FEE is paid. The fee can be paid at any time prior to completing the Belt Test Approval Sheet.

Your Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual includes the RULES FOR BELT TESTING, and all your Belt Test Requirements for the first levels of Shaolin Chi Mantis, Buddha Kung Fu, and Tai Chi Youth.

A Belt Test Approval Sheet is included in every Buddha Kung Fu Student Manual. Print them as needed. Ask your Shifu to advise you on filling in the blanks of your form, so you can get started testing on them...
